Programme overview
Two-day webinar:
This business analysis programme starts with a two-day workshop that takes place over a weekend. This will help you in your studies to sit and pass the BCS Foundation in Business Analysis certification. The certification will show potential employers you have the foundational level of knowledge to undertake a business analysis role. This interactive workshop will cover key topics such as business process modelling, requirements gathering, PESTLE analysis and creating user stories and acceptance criteria to name a few.
Eleven-week live project:
The live project will be conducted over an eleven-week period. Each week will have a corresponding lesson regarding business analysis and tasks on a live project to understand and solidify that weeks content. These teaching sessions will last up to one-hour. During the sessions, your tutors will go through topics such as a business case, process mapping, requirements gathering and user acceptance testing etc. You will then be assigned with tasks on a live project to understand and work through how these topics would work in a real-world scenario. The programme is structured to accommodate your current work or study commitments. Students will need to allocate approximately three-hours a week at your convenience, engaging in remote business analysis project work.
This live project will provide you with the experience that all major businesses are looking for.
It is an intense eleven-weeks, which will put you in the perfect position to step straight on to the business analysis career ladder.
During this eleven-week period, you will also need to put time aside to study for your accredited exam.
Post-programme support:
Following completion of the project and gaining your qualification, CDA coaches will support you in your journey in searching and applying for your first business analysis role. This includes support with your CV, a guide on how to approach applications and preparation you for interviews.
